Artwork
We accept Illustrator and EPS vector-format files. Convert all text to curves or outlines.

International Shipments
We do not ship alcohol internationally.  Please contact us for non-alcoholic substitutions.

Less Than Minimum
Sorry, custom wines are available only at published minimums. 

Order Confirmation
Along with your proof, you will receive an order confirmation detailing quantities, colors, styles, shipping information, etc. Please check this carefully; we cannot be responsible for errors overlooked on this document. 

Over & Under Runs
Orders are done to exact quantities.  

Proofs
A proof is provided at no charge, and is required before printing all orders to assure accuracy. Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts full responsibility. 

Pre-Production Samples
Pre-production samples are available for most items. Add additional setup costs and allow 3-5 days. 

Returns or Damages
All claims must be presented within thirty days of shipment, and any returns must be accompanied by an approved Return Merchandise Authorization. 

Rush Service
Most items are available in 2-5 days.  Please contact us for additional charges that may occur.

Samples
Random imprinted samples are available at no charge for most items. Please supply UPS or other carrier account number. 

Spec Samples
Many spec samples are available for no costs.  Please supply art in the required format to scale.
